Google checkout - quick question

I had my first payment through Google today.
All went smoothly; at least it shows I've said it up correctly. However, I don't find Google checkout the most user friendly of sites. Is there a way to print an invoice or packing slip from the google page? I couldn't find anything.

hi yes..go into your google checkout account and click under the heading tools.. In there you can invoice your customer directly and you only need theire e-mail address. i hope this helps

Marianne, I looked into this last night.

As you are probably aware you can send invoices through google (I think this sending an invoice through google is better than sending through paypal) but there is no way to print an invoice or packing slip like there is with paypal. But you can always print the order summary but this is 2 pages most of the time and not great for printer ink.

Google Checkout, although working well on basic operations, is still in Beta. I think they're keeping an eye on what the opposition is up to before they announce their next raft of improvements; I suspect seller conveniences like neater invoices will be included ...
