Yes they do answer questions fairly quickly, when you sent your query did you get an automated reply from them? My advice would be to check your spam folders and if there is no response then e-mail them again.

We received a reply from them today and it was wonderful actually.
Being new members we did not know the information was already posted on the forum. The fact that they still replied to our question made us feel even better about having joined this site.
