Default Paypal - something odd going on!! Anybody else?

Hi All - I am trying to pay for something via Paypal and AFTER I give my log in and security info I get a questionnaire asking all sorts from the day my mother was born to what I had for my tea tonight, including all ingredients. Seems a bit odd to me. I have run my AVG and turned PC off and on - is this screen normal (have been having ISP related problems for ages).
Worried as I can't pay my seller.............I have tried to attach a screen dump of the offending screen (but even then it won't let me copy it) - NO - won't let me copy or paste it
Thinks there is a problem...... can anyone help

I've not ever had anything like that happen. Sorry.

Are you typing the URL for PayPal direct into your browser and going in that way or clicking a link, sounds iffy if you can't do a screen capture.

Hope you didn't click on any link sent to you by emaill
Use the link you got in your favourites, otherwise just go to pp by typing in paypal.com in your browser. If that doesn't solve your problem, it looks to me as if you have a virus/trojan on your pc.

Thanks for responses - the link I am using is the "Pay now" via E..., then onto Paypal", that is why it is so worrying.......other than that - how do I pay my seller?? My paypal account now seems unaccessable unless I give all the info which I think is totally OTT... bank account PINs etc... must be fake.... but how do I get rid of it?
    Scared and worried.....

Hope you got an internet security package installed. Run it, before you do anything else! Don't supply any personel details. If need be, contact pp directly and follow thier advice.

There was a mention 'over there' about new security measures being incorporated for those who use different computers/location, other than the original computer/location at sign up, to sign into dungbay/poopal, 'they' had mentioned something about phoning members as an added security measure to confirm if you are who you say you are, and all kinds of other asinine 'fort knox' ideas, not sure if this is what the problem is with you.

Lots of peeps seem to be having problems with PPal at the moment.
Probably due to all the changes that feebay are doing.

If you have the sellers email address, log into your paypal a/c by typing the url into the address bar, and just send them the money direct.
