I think it would be helpful to know where a seller is when the list of matching items is returned on a search.
I did a search for a particular author, saw all the paperbacks listed, and noticed that a couple of sellers were charging £6.00 or more for postage. Just as I was about to dismiss them as ripoff merchants I went in for a look... and discovered they were in the US, so postage wasn't being loaded, it just had to come a long way!
I've seen several complaints that people think ebid has a reputation for expensive shipping... I wonder if those lost customers got any further than the search? You can often get a good deal on International purchases by buying multiple items, so some serious business could be being lost by giving the impression that the seller's being greedy when it's not the case.
A little National flag by the seller's ID would clear that one up.
