Q & A numbers in My eBid

Anyone else having trouble with the Q & A postings in My eBid? I had 8 questions in my list, but the top bar total was just 5; now have 7 questions waiting for an answer, but still says 5 until I actually go into the Q & A section. Usually I just look at the number to see if there are new questions, now I need to go into it and make sure. I've signed out and back in, didn't make any difference. The totals at the top just aren't changing with the new questions.

I've never been entirely sure what's counted for the front tab. Is it just things *I* need to answer? Or should questions I've asked also show? And what if Qs last unanswered after an auction closes? I just go and check now and again just in case, since I've no idea what's supposed to happen.

Initially any unanswered questions, current and closed auctions, were listed in the number on the top tabs. All my unanswered questions are still in the Q&A, but my tab numbers don't change to alert me to new questions. The list has always been questions I've asked that haven't been answered and questions asked that I haven't answered - even when the auction has closed.

I wonder if this isn't the problem when people come on here complaining that a buyer or seller hasn't responded. It seems like it happens too often to be legitimate.

Could be. I dont seem to get emails about questions very often either. Just sometimes. Personally I check my Q&A every day just to make sure.
