Postage fee at checkout

Recently we have sold 6 items on eBid and no buyer actually paid postage fee but just the value of goods. This is causing delay in processing the order as we need to contact buyer regarding the postage fee payment and costing us extra money through paypal for second transaction [postage fee]

Any idea how to avoid this issue?

Any idea how to avoid this issue?

Check your PP settings:

Log in to PP and go to My Account > Profile.

From under Selling Preferences select Postage Calculations.

Right at the bottom of that page make sure the box is ticked to ...allow transaction-based postage values to override the profile postage settings...
