No, not at all. "support" for me has been very poor in the past and caused me a lot of extra work for no real reason and (of course) no apology when they "get it wrong"

Their initial assessment is clearly incorrect (they reversed that assessment) -
My belief is that some of their algorithms are not much good and do...
It was only fixed for a short time... My buyer is locked out again..
Seems like every time she makes a purchase she gets locked out..
