I was 'playing' online and decided I'd come in here and have a look around ... So, for a laugh as much as anything, I didn't use my link but put the search terms

" eBid UK"
in my Google search...

Have found out what this means!
My buyer has made payment without obtaining my PayPal email address
so their payment has been made to an unauthorised email addess!

Have contacted them asking if...

I've got an icon which states
"Card Authorised but not debited yet"

but no sign of Any payment (even an E Check) in my Paypal.
and this is first time I've seen this message/icon in eBid ......

"Card authorised but not debited yet"

Have got an icon with this message in MyeBid
on an item I am selling ..
Nothing whatsoever showing in my PayPal ...
So, what can it mean?
