The price is the same all across the board regardless of the country.

Media mail & Parcel Post have always taken the longest and can sometimes take up two weeks from the time the item is dispatched. Not uncommon.

I've only had one bad experience with a seller here and I didn't blame the site nor did I give up on Ebid altogether. There are many, many wonderful sellers here, some of whom post in this forum.

PayPal does protect the buyer beyond Eb*y when an item is paid for but not received. Not sure though how they are with goods that are received but damaged/not working.

I bet ya any amount of money that if the same thing happened to that seller they wouldn't be a happy camper.

I found it to be quite easy to send the invoice through Ebid. If the buyer pays via PayPal for example then it gets marked as paid automatically just like on e**y.
