Paypal accused in €960m lawsuit
December 21, 2012
The vast, vast majority of my eBid sales have been "international" as I am posting from France and I can count the sales to French customers on the fingers of one hand!
If I receive parcels...
I refuse to eat any meat... Does anyone really believe that the average abattoir is a good place to send any animal?
Rubbish. Google shopping is available in USA, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, China, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain.. Oh - and now Switzerland!
Errr - so that's 100% between USA and UK!!! Yoohooo! Where does that leave you , me, Australia, Spain, Portugal, Ireland - to name but a few??
A seller+ lifetime membership is a good investment for...
What about all the other COUNTRIES?? There are others here outside the USA. The problem with advertising is always that people want the adverts to appear in their own back yard and Gazza and Mark...
Essex seems to be doing very well here - we have a store within ebid France which (it seems) is located in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, FRANCE!!
I think you'll find mine are very competitive - mainly because I haven't (yet) been hit with the kind of price increases that have been seen in the UK!
OK - Why do I buy online - because we live a good drive away from many things and I save on petrol, time and parking etc?
What do I buy elsewhere? ---
Many, many books from amazon and the Book...
Just tried some re-listings - received a message saying my request was not able to be completed - or some such. What is going on?
I have been known (Fairly regularly!) to talk about the "par cark!"
EBid is a British Company which has members from all over the world - of course I accept that - it's obvious to all - you only have to look at the list in the grey bar below. Are you saying you...
I'm sorry but I don't understand this comment... You would rather I break the law of the land I live in and register on eBid as an individual? You would then buy from me as that somehow makes me more...
Am I the only one seeing this? I have bits of HTML appearing in various places that wasn't there before!
eg - in both a gallery or list search (in this case ydc*) I am seeing this:
...
Exactly - Couldn't have put it better !!
Particularly, as I understand it, Google Shopping is not available in Portugal anyway!!
Yesterday I had my 10,000th visitor to the blog! To celebrate I'm trying a Giveaway - feel free to have a go at winning!
No I hadn't noticed that - gave up looking long ago - what a hoot - well, it would be funny if I wasn't so cross about it all!!
Tomorrow it will be exactly one year since eBid HQ promised that...
Raising a great deal of concern with me. I thought we generally advised newbies to check the last time the seller signed in as an indication of the "dump and run" brigade... now it seems "forever" is...
I have been charged for a featured auction again - for an item on sale at 35cents ( Why on earth would I pay for that to be a featured auction???) I suggest everyone checks their bill... Off to write...
You could well be right but whatever is causing this - it's time to fix it - the "joke" is repetitive and not very funny - and this time I'm pretty sure it has cost me a good sale and I don't get...
My closed auctions are stuck and have been since at least 7.30pm last evening! I would like to be able to do my re-listings....
[QUOTE=lejoueurdepipeau;1428652] It's the kind of pressie that worries me and whether we can find anything after the spring cleaning - hope the aftermath doesn't take tooo long to sort out for anyone...
Happy birthday, Craig. Have a lovely day!

I'm in a very good mood - although might not be later depending on what has been done in the update... I wonder when we will know? One glitch appearing already I see... although my dashboard is OK.
Good morning captain - you are early today! It's the kind of pressie that worries me and whether we can find anything after the spring cleaning - hope the aftermath doesn't take tooo long to sort out...
Good morning - it seems to be raining but that's OK as we aren't planning to go out today! Mmmmmm waffles...
More quilt finishing today perhaps and maybe a bit of blogging....
Congratulations and well done!!
Really?? It was a waste of time me keeping my fingers crossed all morning at the market then... Now we'll all have to go through it all over again...
Snoring is such a pain Sgt., I agree - I think...
The only time I use an iron is to iron the fabric for sale - never, ever, ever iron anything else !
