You may have that particular setting unticked in emails you wish to receive Tia.

It seems you can only mark multiple items as shipped from the paid invoice and not the mark items as shipped.

Wouldn't it therefore make sense that just one email is sent with all items marked as...

I bought a CD for my grandson's birthday with his name in every song and he absolutely loved it. Drove his mother mad with the cheesy songs!! That was about a year ago now.

Although i am not personally comfortable with requesting feedback, ebid do send an automatic feedback reminder after a certain amount of time, unless that person has unticked that function in my ebid.
