To import your current eBid listiings you first need to export them from eBid. Do that from the Export Listings link from near the top-left of your Auctions I'm Running page. Import that file into the NL.
You can import eBay listings by exporting from Turbo Lister. I don't know about any other sites though.
thanks astral i had seen the export link before but this time could just not find it, all listings are now in NL, so i need turbo lister to export ebay ones, right so thanks
Phil
hello...I have exported my turbo lister items to a file and saved them. They are in csv format....
Ninja lister says it does not support this file to import
Can anyone help please.
I have no idea what you mean by turbo lister format files?
Wow..I really don't know how to thank you..It's amazing how easy everything is when someone shows a reality picture...Hugzzzzzzz to you for taking your time up to do that for me.
I do hope my question and your friendliness and answer help a lot more people..
You will be pleased to know I saved and transferred and uploaded 1,400 to NL within mins from 1 picture...cool
Thanks a million amd sincere thanks
i just came here today, 4/25/10. i sell on ebay.
do all sellers on ebay have turbo lister? i was under the impression that it is used by large stores on ebay, not by lil' ole individual sellers, like me.
can this tool, ninja lister, be used for all categories of the listing type of ebay, i.e., auctions, fixed price, BIN or best offer, and so on?
when you start to use ninja lister, you put in their EBID name and password. you do not put in your ebay name and password, or is the documentation above incorrect? it is not clear to me. the title page clearly asked me for my eBid, not eBay, user name and password.
then, supposedly, it grabbed the different listing categories (like jewelry, computers and so on, along with their subcategories), but i see nothing on ninja lister that indicates that i now have all the categories and subcategories for products i might sell here at eBid.
maybe you are MENSA and i am DENSA, but can you give me some clues? i am not a store on ebay. i am just one person that sells this and that there, but i'd like to use ebid.
thank you kindly. (PS: this thread is not allowing me to choose to quote my message in the reply...)???
When I'm ready to start using Ninja Lister this thread should be helpful.
Ninja Lister will ask for your EBID user details only.
Export your items into a file from TL and then import into NL the same file that you exported from TL.

I have exported all my Ebay listings into Turbo Lister Format (CSV file). Tried to import them into NL, the software was doing something and then it was always giving this error:
----------------------------
This is not a file format we are able to import.
Importable file types are :
eBid format
eBay Turbo Lister format
-----------------------------
I have downloaded and installed the newest NL update but it still did not work, the same error. What am I doing wrong?
Thank you.
Yes, I've been exporting my intems with Turbo Lister in Turbo Lister Format and had .csv file as result. But Ninja Lister still did not accept it, it was showing importing in progress, then started decoding the file and the error came. Tried it few times with the same poor result.
All I can suggest is you send the file to support as per Gazza's post on the Ninja Lister help thread.

I have imported (sync data) into Turbo Lister - but when I go to FILE > EXPORT, the EXPORT option is faded out !
After much trial and error I only seem to be able to export ENDED etc items and not current auctions - (I want to export these ones into Ninja Lister)
Any help appreciated
Phil
I've successfully imported from Turbolister, no problem. BUT
Every time I press Good To Go, my upload fails. Help! Ninja is not blocked by my firewall, it has full access, so I don't understand why not. Is anyone else having this problem?
Phil,
I am having the same problem. I want to export active items to eBid, not ended ones.
Anyone knows how to export active items from TL???
Thank you
you need to use TL to import your active listings specifically. :)
Hi gang
I want to move my ebay inventory over, so to confirm do i do this
#1 using turbo lister, import my data to turbo lister first
#2 export my data into a CSV file
#3 import to Ninja lister
is this correct... or is there a very clear outline somewhere on the threads.. please let me know
Wil
I am a newbie, I have a Zen Cart store, I want to list my items there on eBid using any "easy" method. I've been trying to install Ebay exporter for Zen cart so I can export my Zen inventory and create a turbo lister file, so I can import that to eBid's Ninja lister.
First off- I can't get the Ebay exporter installed, help files talk about running sql? What in heavens name are they talking about.
BUT mainly: is there a straight forward way for me to extract a file from my Zen store and use that to upload into the Ninja lister?
(I think I know where to get a csv file of my store, but what then?)
Tried to export but it is grayed out. What do I do?
I keep getting the export option not hi-lighted, can any one help please???
yes i have hi-lighted them all and it doesnt give the option to export 8-(
Is post #16 above relevant?
If so, it doesn't seem to have attracted a solution but is there a way to copy your active listings in TL to an 'folder' where they are inactive - and then export from there?
You really need input from someone who has TL installed on their system. My ramblings at least keep the thread in view and may attract someone else's attention.
You have to copy the active listing inside turbo lister to the inventory folder....Then the stupid program will let you export, only took me 6 hours of reading to figure this out, hope it helps
