Right click a single auction and you can see the Duplicate or Copy/Paste functions.

I am wondering if there is any chance of getting the option to add 'Variations' to listings, that way it will be easier to list items of clothes with different sizes and colours???

Not sure whether to class this as a bug or a suggestion - so it ended up here.
Using the traditional Bulk Upload it was possible to close listings by uploading the same listing title with the quantity set to 0 (zero). That is not possible with NL as zero is not allowed as a quantity - if you try to force it the quantity changes to 1.
Is this an intentional difference between the two upload formats or an oversight? It seems like the loss of a useful feature.
Create a new Auction Set
Copy a listing from another Auction Set
Ctrl-V to paste that listing into the new Auction Set (no right click menu available in an empty Auction Set).
Right click on the newly pasted listing and the menu is mostly greyed out with only Paste Auction and Add to Good To Go available. Plus the old problem of no menu if the right click is over the ID or Status field has resurfaced.

When I upload my listings to ebid...I get an error message which says:
"authentication error. please ensure you have the correct security details stored within the settings area of ninja lister".
I list all my items in turbo lister, canada version. Also have changed all currency into canadian funds but still get the above error message.
Can you help me with this problem?
Double check your username and password within the File > Settings section of NL.

I installed the latest NL updates and the uploading is now going fine and the page is opening located squarely in the desktop now, so are the ebid desktop shortcuts, great work thanks.
Is it my imagination or did the original (0.97) NL versions have an export auctions to file facility? I'm sure I used it but it dos'nt seem to be there any more, it would be handy to have it back please.
Not an NL problem but I tried to export listings from the "My Bulk Upload" page and got an internal server error, I've attached a print screen of it, I'm not sure what it means.

Thanks Gazza....The biggest problem was trying to convert everything in to canadian currency. Sometimes when I tried to upload from NL...had to change settings to USA & sometimes Canada. Not sure why this happens.
Anyways I'm glad to be able to list on ebid. Darlene
This morning while trying to upload to Ebid...NL kept freezing at 99% decoding. I uninstalled the latest NL & reinstalled it but still no change.
It worked fine last night. Any idea what could be causing this problem?

1. When setting up a store they just select the format your store items are initially displayed in to users - they can change it to their own taste. To see the differences...go to any store and select the view option from the drop-down list at the top of the page. No fees are involved.
2. For that many the easiest way would be to use Bulk Edit to move them into your store(s).
The 'GALLERY' option from the ''FEATURE' list seems to have gone after installing the latest update.
I have been unable to upoad any auctions this morning, because this results in the error message:
Auction 1 Error : STANDARD and PLATINUM auctions are only available to SELLER accounts. SELLER+ accounts should use FREE or GALLERY.
I can not select FREE or GALLERY because they are not there on the list.
I have been having a problem with NL and Calculated International Shipping.
It seems that it doesn’t matter how many countries I tick it will only save one of them.
If you tick all the countries and click O.K. it show this in the shipping box for International

So, if I click Select again it only shows one of the countries still ticked. I repeated these steps and each time copied the contents of the box into notepad to see how it progressed and this is what it shows

As a work around I’ll need to keep one of these auctions to copy into the Good To Good group before uploading and do a “Copy To All” for each auction to having the correct International Shipping.
I checked and didn’t see that anyone else was having this problem, so if it’s just me it might be something with my system.
I’m using Vista Home Basic, and I’ve changed the Security settings for the user I’m signed in with to have FULL security rights for this program.

I have downloaded a back-up from ebay Turbo Lister & I have saved it in Turbo Lister format but I do not what what program is needed to open this. The properties show that it is a 'TLB' file. This is to import my ebay listings into ebid Ninja Lister. Ninja is unable to process /integrate this. I have spent several hours reading and re-reading the FAQ's and help forums regarding exporting files from ebay Turbo Lister but still cannot figure it out.
It sounds as if you are exporting from TL in the wrong format (though what option would give you a .TLB file I have no idea).

I started to try and list... and I got hung up on Shipping! I am not very computer literate so is there a link that shows step by step directions? I did go to Ebid knowledge base but did not see what would help! pam
I am importing via turbo lister but ninja hangs up if i try to import any more than 15 auctions in a file... can i do more somehow?
O.K. that works. I see the benefit to doing it that way, if you had one out of the 17 countries with a different shipping method you could make that one country different, but it there all the same why not have a "Tic All" and not have to set the shipping 17 times.

I am trying to get my head around the new NL and I seem to be able to get items listed after a dummy run but I cannot see how I get my images to show on the main board. It works when you click to go into the item but shows a camera on main board, any idea what I have done..

Have found a number of imported listing are shown as USED instead of NEW is their a way to make the search tool work without a relevant word being used? It has a condition box which works with a suitable word but would like to check all the shop listings without having to do it manually, I have tried * but no joy!
I don't think so; eBid's search engine is not very flexible.
The easiest way to achieve what I think you are after doing is to view your stores/items and use the Sort drop-down list to select the New or Used items to be displayed first. This will group your items as new and used.
Pity, it may in that case be quicker to take all the listings down and then put them back up after sorting the problems out in NL. Most say NL is working much better now, I gave up listing at 17 folders due to the earlier problems well done Gazza.
Only had one sale so far which is a little disappointing but in it for the long term.

Hi, the copy to button in the P&P section is not descriminating enough, if you copy selected to worldwide it puts it into all of them which overides any prices put in for Europe which usually need to be lower, also both copy to Europe and copy to Worldwide always includes putting in for the UK, this results in two figures for the UK because it has already been done in the Domestic Shipping section, I have found the only way to do it reasonably quickly is to individually select all P&P for one listing and the use the "Copy field to all" but using this feature for any field means the listings have to be separated into auction sets where everything needs to be the same and it is resulting in lots of auction sets with only a few listings in them, something more descriminating in the individual auction edit page would help.

It seems it is individual lines in the file. I found a work around by letting it make the error, finding on which line it froze, removing the line, deleting imported listings in NL, creating a new file, re-importing and then repeating until all error producing lines were removed. I just don't know what it is about the lines that I removed that was causing the error.
With the edit window open in NL it is possible to drag it, using the title bar, outside of the application window. The title bar and Save / Cancel buttons then become inaccessible and it is impossible to close the editor. The only way to close it is to shut down the whole application.
