That's the idea but there really needs to be loads more members joining in for it to be effective.

As long as I'm here, I'm happy to keep plugging away at this and see if it grows. Costs nothing. Sure, it needs a lot more bodies to be effective, but if a few of us keep trying it might just work, and if we give up it certainly won't (sound familiar? ;)) So well done everybody who's giving it a go, keep chipping away. :D
I intended to join in this but forgot last night. However, I consoled myself with the idea that we were never going to compete with the Olympics. When they are over, I will take part.
I guess that it's time that I learned about twitters and tweets. At the present I don't have the first clue.
Must remember this tonight :)
Hi TexasAda, not sure the exact number allowed per hour, but I've hit around 160 before they told me no more, so it's a few. :)
FirstGreen, Twitter is easy to use, and doesn't ask you for a lot of personal info., (unlike Facebook, which I don't use for just that reason). If you're interested, you can go to Twitter and sign up, it only takes a few minutes and all they require is a valid e mail address. Once you've signed up you can start tweeting, (posting brief messages on any subject). I usually tweet about eBid listings, mine and others', though I occasionally tweet or retweet posts of interest related to other stuff.
For the eBid hour, as Rosina told me some weeks ago, use #ebidhour with a space between the end of the tweet message and the #ebidhour part.
Looking forward to participating again today, weather willing; we're supposed to be getting summer thunderstorms all this week, hope they're not around this afternoon. :)
Best wishes for many sales to all,
Bumping up for any members with Twitter accounts who want to join us this afternoon/evening.
Best wishes for many sales to all,
Only an hour to go. :)
