Re: how are sales now as really dont list much anywhere
Welcome back, I remember your hand-waving sig. from when I first started listing here. My sales continue to jog along nicely and for the last few years have been regular and reliable. Passed 100 in total just before last Christmas, that gives an average per year of 10 sales but the first few years I sold zero or only one or two items with a slow increase each year. This year so far 15 sales and I confidently expect to do better than last years 17 by years end.
Sales on obay this year a dismal 6.
Good luck.
thats ok obviously i want to sell low value items so not keen on selling in other place , i will make a start saturday evening at doing pics then try work out the listing and shop stuff
Re: how are sales now as really dont list much anywhere
I think sales are pretty good here considering that we are in a cost of living crisis and most of what I sell is hardly essential!

I have discussed it with them a couple of times in the past and they seem quite adamant not to accept digital downloads.
No workaround.
I also suspect that Ebid work on minimising staffing costs so we have such fantastically low fees, and exclude digital sales because the cost of monitoring a policy like the one I quoted would push up our fees. I, for one, don't want that.

I think your right Bill. Oh well, I'll just keep selling my digitals elsewhere, thanks for your input, much appreciated!

I started my ebid journey with the resolution to list one item every day that I was at home. I upped that total, eventually to 10, now I must rediscover that grit and get more on here. Previously, I've regarded the summer lull as a good chance to list but I haven't managed it this year... yet!

I clicked on the link to see your listings. I got a list of items with dollar prices and in the top right hand corner of the screen I saw that I had been transferred to eBid USA. Don't know whether this is deliberate because you want to be seen in USA or whether this is accidental because you have clicked on something by mistake. If others are having this problem I suggest you contact support@ebid.net for help.
