Could admin please look into allowing more free photos, some listings really do need more than 5 pictures, but at the same time not worth paying the extra per photo per repost, and not everyone would know how to use photobucket as an example to upload extra to the description
I would find this helpful when listing books of knitting patterns.
Here I am again - the partypooper.
I think 5 images is ample.
It is so economical (cheap) to sell on eBid, with all their free options ie 5 free stores, no listing fees and all the other perks we get free including a max FVF 3%, that I feel having to pay extra fees for extra photos is well justified. eBid need to earn money from somewhere.
Sorry folks, but that's how I feel.
No-one is going to force you to use them!
I really could use them when listing books of knitting patterns, as I've said.
It is also about being better than the market leader
Just bumping due to the eBid newsletter
I would say why have a limit if you don't need oneQuote:
Last thing for this month, we'll be upping the number of free photos allowed (currently 5) on eBid listings at our next update. What is a good number for everyone? We were thinking 10. Will that be enough/too many? Let us know what you think on the eBid Forums
or
12 photos to be the same as the bay, which may be handy for those that want to import their ebay items over
I too have just come here because of the eBid newsletter. I'm strongly in favour of 12 as well. No limit might seem like a good idea, but supposing some idiot comes along and turns a video into photos (there are tools that will do that) and then posts 10,000 photos... no, not such a good idea.
Make it easy for people coming here from ebay.
PS: Big thank you to Gazza for being responsive and mentioning it in the newsletter!
