Having trouble changing my shop logo??

Hi all

Can anyone help, am trying to upload my new shop logo, have made sure the size is 310 x 90 but it just stays as the old logo.

Any ideas??

Hi Susan,
try refreshing your browser
in IE - View - Refresh, if that doesn't work, hold down the Ctrl key when you do it, (or use the F5 key, or Ctrl F5)

Hi Susan,

When I changed mine it was actually making the change in the store but just not on the configure page. Later it changed there.:confused:
