No, that's not an area we have any control over.
You can on the plug your auctions forum,but as Kim said not on your auctions.
Yes there is click on * My eBid Stores * then chose witch of your stores you want then scroll down below the store colors.
Meta tags are part of your eBid store - see under section two of your store, but are Meta tags used anymore? Keywords should be in your title but also in your description.
