The UK as a whole is very much against any form of offensive weaponary being sold on the internet - even imitations. Ebay have been asked to block any listings being shown on UK sites. They have promised to take action as too have others.
Shop keepers here are asked to put cutlery in locked show cabinets - it`s gradually being done but these things take time.
So in answer to your question - I would say a definate NO
yes- that is for U.K. however.. OP is in USA.. and I dont think there should be a problem with these sort of toys on USA site- (it is a toy, not a real gun.) You can not sell real guns on the internet in the USA either, as far as I know... you have to buy guns from registered gun dealers, after a background and criminal records check.
