How do I re-responf to a potential buyer
I am sure many of you have experienced this before:
A potential buyer asks you a question.
You respond that you need to get more info and will get back to them
You get the info, but have no way to respond to the asker, because ebid's system doesn't seem to allow it.
It seems you can only respond to a question once.
Think I read there was a "workaround", but IMHO workarounds are a means of temporarily getting around a problem waiting to be solved, otherwise I can't bear workarounds - this problem needs to be solved, not worked around.
...meanwhile looks like I have lost a customer
Anyways, here is the website suggestion. Can we ditch the way things are regarding this and allow sellers to enter into dialogue once a buyer has asked their first question?

On the darkside once a potential buyer asks you a question you can respond multiple times & have the option to post the question to your listing if you want.
eBid really should rethink their message system for sellers & potential buyers.

In regards to the entire eBid site. This is one area I believe needs work or maybe I should say a rethink.
Questions should not be automatically posted to a listing. It should be the sellers choice.

It should Absolutely be the Sellers Choice... site really needs 2 aspirins.
