I've had a bit of a google but to no avail.
It is very similar to the Queen's Award for Export Achievement.

Ahh, a google with that and I found that the award you mention is identical in every way but the mine has a T instead of the E (and no date).
Thanks for the help.Its actually one of a pair of cuff links, both have the T in the middle. I found them in a collection of stuff with books dating back to 1795 and up to 1985. All sorts of stuff. I went though the books ages ago and have only just got round to trying to shift the other things.
