Wigtown welcomes Rednosty - loads of campervans about here and we've got wireless, so bring the laptop and keep listing!

In fact, I'll email a friend n see if he'll list his campervan on eBid - it's a bit of a 'fixy up'! LOL

Oh! Had another idea - post a 'wanted' with your top price on eBid and see what offers you get :cool:

Just noticed this .....from a camper van hire site....
I must read between the lines sort of restricting!

Reservations for less than 2 weeks 150 miles per day and for reservations
more than 2 weeks 200 miles per day. You will find that this is sufficient
because the UK is only 800 miles top to bottom. Any extra miles over and above are charged at 50p per mile.

Ahh, you may not be thinking of buying one now but once you see what it costs to HIRE one for a week (£400 up to about £1000 depending when and what size) you could probably buy a fixy-up, use it all summer and then sell it again for much less than a grand.

Yes, we have wireless and electricity - but no mains gas or digital signal for TVs yet :D
