It's definitely growing, especially since Ebay's changes recently. I've noticed a marked increase in the number of listings and shops in the category I list in.

Loads of us post replies - I'm NEVER gonna get time to watch the Wizard of Oz at this rate :D
Membership is growing, promotional opportunities are growing, I've been here 7 years and haven't started to itch yet. Haven't made my fortune, but plan to soon and, in my humble opinion, (yet again, am good at humble opinions, but you'll soon find that out for yourself LOL) Platinum membership to eBid cannot be beaten. It costs you more to put a classified advert in a national newspaper and this site can be seen worldwide.
My thought for the day:
Just as carbooting became the new religion for jumblesale enthusiasts, so, too, must EBid become the new religion for online auction fans. They need to see the light before they can follow this new market leader in the making and see that this new way is the right way :D

I used to visit the forums regularly in the beginning, when I was working my tail off trying to get people on here at a time when storeholders had a choice of free templates provided by eBid. (They were great!) Anyway, I gave up after a while because everyone on here wasn't as supportive as they appeared. Once again, sadly, the same issue has cropped up with regards to promotions.

this will keep appearing every so often has many people have not heard of ebid so when they find it and start selling they wonder why the sales go slow such a pity really cos with a few grands worth of advertising this place could be good

If this can put things into perspective... one single advert can cost me £2,500 + VAT and I have no guarantees that it will bring any business. A few thousand pounds is a drop in the ocean and would have practically no impact on the world's surfing, bidding or buying population, sorry to say.
