i am 100 % against politcal correctness
a school in wales has now banned the kids from making mothers day cards as it might offend the children who do not have mothers:mad: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=434754&in_page_id=1770
the list goes on and on
no more sports day in some schools as it makes chldren competitive ffs
no more football as the ball hurts if it hits you
these people who think of these rules must be on some kind of drugs
85 % of normal adults also agree with me according to a survey
the other 15% i worry about
as its a high number of people agree with these stupid rules

this takes it to the limit

Mother's Day will be renamed this year as Female Parent's Day or Female Carers Day. This would be in line with NHS policy in childrens wards so that same sex parents are not offended

When I was at school a long time ago if we did not have a mum or dad (Fathers day) we were removed from the class while the other children made their cards & gifts - Horrific treatment by todays standards.

At my daughters school they make cards for a 'special person' if they didn't have a mum/dad, no big deal is made of it.

They also call parents nights 'special person nights'.

Michael made a Father's day card like all the others. He always gave it to Grandad, who was his favourite male person. It was easier than arguing the toss.
