How can i post an item in 1 country only,which i don't live in?

Is there anyone out there who can solve my problem?
I'm from the netherlands and i wanted to post an item on ebid(USA) only.
After i posted the item it was also posted in the netherlands???
How can i change that?

The following statement is on the right side of the listing page so I don't think you can list for any place without also listing in the Netherlands.


You will always have to make your product(s) available to your home market.
