Heres a funny thing! RE : Ebay / Ebid ... FEES etc !

Due to having to keep my acc ounts and wotnot now for the tax returns ... ( having not sold a whole lot ) i went back and counted up all my incomings outgoings and other fees etc for both.

OUTCOME :


I sold a LOT more on ebay

80% of my sales here where for YDC and as i dont even take the p&p for those ,they put me out of pocket.

HOWEVER ... after all my fees and p&p where taken into account.


I MADE MORE MONEY HERE THAN THERE !!! :eek:


Now i would not have believed it in a million years but its 100% TRUE!

I CAN believe it Elaine, because at least here if you can't sell anything you aren't OUT of pocket (strictly speaking you are re; the cost of actualy item, but you know what I mean, fees etc..!!)

It certainly IS an eye opener when you are doing your books, the costs from Feepay & Paypal PLUS your packaging AND now high postal costs :rolleyes:

I'm already in the process of looking for work, which is a funny word up here in the NE as there isn't any :rolleyes:
