Hello everyone, my name is Bj and I have just started with Ebid. I like it very much so far. My online name and store is MOWholesale. So hope you all can take a look. I was on the other side, (e-bay) but can't say I liked it much.

However, I was hoping someone would tell me how sales are here? Love to chat and meet a view of you.

I am a mother of a little girl and just trying to make a living, like the rest of us I assume. We are from the US, right in the middle!

some guys i know from eBay are doing well already, soapycauldron for e.g. is doing well.

List, list and list also setup a shop front if you already haven't. Your first one is free. I'd also recommend upgrading to gold so you can get free gallery images on your auctions.

I've got to do a bulk upload later today, and i'm so tierd from yesterday, had to pick up a new car from wales, 11 hour round trip.

You can also link to your shop from your signature once you've set it up.

Morning BJ & Jon !

Sales are very sporadic for me on Ebid. I won't sugar coat it, some months are a complete waste of time, others (christmas for example) are excellent !

I sell chocolates and fudges which are made to order, so it is easy for me to put listings on and just sit and wait for the orders - but very different when you have stock sat waiting to be sold though.

I also sell wedding crafts, and to be honest, I have boxes full of stuff I can't shift on Ebid - I usually list stuff on here AND Ebay (cheap listing days ;) ), and whichever sells first, I delete the other. Can be a bit tricky though ! lol

DO use the Plug your auctions part of EBid's forum, and as Jon suggested, put a link to your auctions in your signature. You will probably find that you sell more items to folk in the forums than those who don't come in here! We are nosey bunch - click on your signature, see what you've got and before you know it, you've got a sale. HOPEFULLY :D

Lovely isn't he? He is my funky boy - there are two of them (based on my twin nephews as a logo for the website) but as they generally look the same, I just use one lol !

They guy who made him for me isn't doing this kind of thing any more which is a real shame :( His sister is rather marvellous at logo's etc though:-
