......now that is a good light entertainment show:D...such a relief from the freakshow nonsense.....funnily enough though its the crap acts that make it so appealing, nobody's really interested in the talent till it gets to the final stages....PMSL at some of them goons who actually think they can sing:D:D:D

That young boy who was really nervous - I felt so sorry for him. He had a good voice though and I'm glad he got through. Hopefully that will give him more confidence in later shows.

ahh, how sweet was he, bless him. I hope he can overcome his nerves though or Simon's right it'll be like sending him to the wolves.

I really can't bear to watch X-factor... it makes me wince too much !!! I just feel so sorry for the planks that think they can sing, but actually have the balls to go up there and try !! bless em. If I don't watch it, I won't worry about them making fools of themselves and want to rescue them pmsl !!
I used to cringe watching stars in their eyes as well lol :o

I might watch the first few episodes, showcasing all the goons and halfwits who think they have the X-Factor. Now that's funny. (The YMCA girl springs to mind.) It bores me when they cut it down to just the good singers though. Don't like watching people singing songs on telly.

Well we had the Xtra Factor on,whatevers its called on ITV2
or whatever it is......and I was tuckin `into a nice pizza when
some old loony contestant told Ben Shepherd wotsisface, how he
inserts pieces of garlic up his arrse to help clear his bowels
or something.....or it might have been to improve the smell out of said arrse .............

I like the X-Factor too. The, err?... not so good folk, are bloody funny, although I do feel sorry for some of them. The stage's with the proper singer's are good too. I think my favourite singer from the show so far is that Steve wotsit from a couple of years ago, superb singer with los of feeling put into his songs (although Ozzy's missus didn't think so. pmsl)
I'd like to see a show like this but which wasn't limited to singing, can you imagine some of the dodgy act's that ould be on that ? lol

I think the majority of the untalented ones do it just to get on TV - I doubt they have any illusions that they really can entertain (or maybe they do!)
