Can anyone remember the name of the cakes they bring out every Easter. I think they are made by Lyons or Kipling or someone.

They are rectangular in shape, covered in marzipan and chocolate, with a sponge and cream filling.

I remember they are yummy and soft, but that is all. Can anyone remember a name?

Hi Karen,

I know that there is a traditional Easter Cake called Simnel cake. Not sure if Lyons make it, though. Hope this helps. :)

Fabienne.
