Buddy points became enermy points

Ok, we have all heard about the big changes in buddy point this week, several suspensions, accounts on hold all for what buddy points, who suffered Ri did, she never got her TV, even though she had the points, as it stands today she has no buddy point, ebid refuses to sort this out.

Suggestions are need to improve the buddy point, but what's the point if ebid wont honour the final prize?
