On another board, we are trying to think of a website on which two guys carried a bag of clothes and props with them and dressed up like people and followed them. We think they mainly targeted old people.
Anybody know?
Here's an old people site for you to browse while you're thinking.

UK terrestrial TV, UK satellite TV or foreign TV?
Recent or old?

I don't think there was a TV program made about it, just a website.
The guy thinks it was about 3.5 years ago.
He thinks the website was named after their first names.
e.g. simonandbob.com (it wasn't that though).

Sounds like someone copying the original Candid Camera or something from the Fast Show. The chances of finding that one site if it wasn't part of a larger venture seem pretty small though.
But if you fancy something easier, I used to have this really nice needle which I dropped in a haystack . . . . . .
