Does anyone know how/if I can change a PAL video to NTSC ? I have a home video on a DVD that I would like to send to a friend in the USA but its in PAL format.
I did try and imported it into Ulead Videostudio9 and then saved it using the NTSC options but, it played on my DVD player thats not supposed to play NTSC so I am assuming that its not burn the DVD in NTSC if you follow me.
Any help greatly apreciated
