Is there a pppay change for customers?

Oooops ! I deleted a closed listing email before I'd read it. As it flashed past I thought I saw something about pppay not having to verify cvstomers to receive your money under £100 . Was I right ?

Ah found it . Read it. still not convinced enough to use it

they can send you the money; but you still dont get it untill they have verified their card!

it doesnt read like that on the email tho does it?
It's not explicit enough its only when you go to pppay and follow the demo you see the verify link.

I have PPPay and verified, but I cant use it for some strange reason, it wont allow me to send money nor recieve it. No idea whats going on so i now only accpet paypal which isnt that much better, cheques & postal orders.
