Recurrent Dream

For the past few months, I have been dreaming almost constantly about being back at school. I am back sometimes with my old pals from when I was at school, sometimes it's a new load of people that I only know in my dream and not from my past, but have been dreaming that I'm back at school for so long now, I'm wondering if there is any meaning to it.

Any ideas?

(Actually, I think that the meanings are usually nothing to do with the dreams themselves, or at least not in an obvious way!)

Dunno what it means but I get a similar sort of dream. Every so often, I keep dreaming that I'm back at Uni seven years ago and at the stage where I'm finding out my results - except I keep failing. It's either that or I dream that I've missed the deadline for a Uni assignment. And for a few seconds after I wake up, I still think that that's the case!

not sure what it means, but last time i was in cyprus, i kept dreaming about people who i knew at school.

but they werent people i knew that well, or had anything really to do with

my most frequent dreams are those of work, which i stopped doing...... over three years ago, i guess

i dream that im late, or they are asking me to do things that i shouldnt be asked to do, or i have gone out to lunch and have got lost

normally in the dream i realise that i have left and that they can stick it where i should have told them years ago to stick it, i dont tell them that but suddenly in my dream i just dont give a damn....

last night i dreamt had all these scars on my forehead cos id been bitten by a load of wasps.....they also kamikazied into other parts of my body and their dead remains were sticking out pmsl....was not nice :confused:

ive not studied dream interpretation but do remember one tip is to see what the symbolism means to YOU as its your own self/unconscious giving you a direct message or either just rebooting and expressing concerns and worries like a washing out

googled the dream dictionaries and said hatred/envy /enemies
if you killed them means you will have victory:confused:

ma had a dream that she wus being marched to get shot at a pole by a fiering sqcad.the geniral was pushing her with his gun to get to the post were she was to be shot.she cuold feel the rifle digging in her back.:confused: but when she woked up it was the milkman sneaked in bed and cuddling uop to her with his nob:o

i agree... standard interpretations of dreams can not be for real

how can anyone possibly know what they mean? also how can one thing mean the same to all people?

there is only one person who can interpretate a dream and its the dreamer

ok, someone can help you think about it or work out your thoughts on the matter, but a book wont do that for you

take time to think about what happened, you can normally work out what it is that has caused you to dream about it. could be something you saw or heard on tv, something in a book, things that have happened, or stuff that is worrying you

(my dream about old men in rubber suits and marigold covered dicks being thrust at me is the exception, it means nothing, well... ok it means extra gherkin relish, see other thread to understand......)

right its late and im waffling on like a twerp, so think its time for bed

....just hope those old men in rubber suits dont come back.

lots of people belive that if you dream in colour you are acually astro-projecting while thouse who dream in black and white are mearly earth bound and have little imagination i fail to see how this works as i am a perfromer and wright odd poems from time to time and i mainly dream in black and white.
