Question about Make Up

Does anyone have trouble applying powder eyeshadow?

I like to wear it, but when I put it on, it sort of creases my eyelids & it wont go on smoothly! It also tends to dry up pretty quickly too :(

Have you tried liquid eyeshadow? Is this any different?

If you have any tips, can someone help me please as this is one bit of make up applying that REALLY gets on my nerves :(

i wouldnt be a SLAVE to make up/mags.and stuff...........

I dont follow make up in magazines if thats what you mean LOL

I just usually like a little bit of make up when I go out for the night, but eyeshadow applying is SO annoying :(

hi lorraine ........ i dont wear eyeshadow really, when you get older i think you will find that some make up , foundations , eyeshadows etc just age you.

Experiment while your young and then ditch 90% of it when you are over 30 , is my advice lol

I always used to be experimenting but now Ive found the right colours that suit me :)

Its green eyeshadow that suits me but every single brand just doesnt work right :(

I think it would probably look better if I just painted it on with acrylic paint or something hehehe!

i think you can get some products that you put on under your eyeshadow, that is meant to help it stop creasing

benefit do one i think, never used it or any other type though.

what make are you using?

i dont like cream/liquid eyeshadows, but it depends on what effect you are after, i think they tend to look heavy

i also like to wear a couple of different shades, so use powders, though i dont have any drying up or creasing probs.

I wear a lightish pale green Minkyrra, thanks alot for your advice :)

I use CLINIQUE at the moment!!!!

I used to wear white (but as Im pale, it didnt look too right LOL) then it was pink, then light purple, then blue!!!

Now its pale green which suits me well with red lipstick :) (I bet you wanted to know that LOL) :)
