Money not recieved in my account from pppay

I have sold an item on ebid and the buyer sent the money through pppay, I withdrew the money into my bank account but the money has not been registered in my account, so where is the money? I have checked my statement and the money is not there, there is no record of it entering my account even though pppay state it has been paid. What can I do?

It will take a few days to clear, not sure how long, but paypal take 5-7 days.
