Paid not paid? Ummm Confussed!

Someone won an item, and the listing page says they have paid.. but how and to where?? I have a PPP account, but thats says no payments.. and now I an hearing about Escow??

So,
Is there a "View Payment" option?
How can I contact the buyer to see now he paid?

I am finding it hard to navigate around this site at the best of times.. without this.. ;o(

Hi Jon,

Ignore the "Paid" tag on the item. For some totally unknown reason eBid has decided that any closed auction is marked as paid, regardless of the fact it isn't! Very irritating and confusing.

Thanks that cleared up that bit.. Just wonder what to do now, if I can not contact the buyer??

Go to My Ebid and then My Closed Auctions / I Posted / Successful
Click on the auction you are interested in and the buyers details will be towards the bottom of the page, just over half way down.

I know, a rigmarole just to look up some info, but maybe the Powers That Be will come up with something involving less hoops to jump through at some point.
