Does anyone have experience with Motorola re repairing phones?

Has anyone here had any experience having a mobile phone repaired with Motorola directly? Place I bought it from 4 months ago only have a 28-day gaurantee so will need to deal with Motorola directly.
I've had experience in the past with repairing phones with other companines and i'm really tempted just to get a new phone and be done with it :rolleyes: even though I can't really afford it!

28 day guarantee??? I take it that it wasn't a new phone then.
If it was then the shop should replace it under the trade descriptions act (or something like that).
I'm not sure how long Motorola would take to repair it though.
You could always buy your new one from here and make somebody happy with a sale. :)

Yes it was a brand new phone, bought from Tesco Mobile. I want to stay with them so need a compatible handset, not many places offer Tesco Mobile unlocking at the moment.
