How do I respond to incorrect bad feedback

I have been left feedback that is untrue. How can I have it removed or corrected? Thanks

If it's something such as 'this ebidder does not send items very quickly', you'll just have to ask the other person if he'll alter it.

If it's more serious, such as 'this ebidder sells illegal counterfeit goods and is a thief', ebid may decide to remove it for you if you ask them.

You can also use the Reply To Feedback facility to state your point of view.
