Seller not accepted pyt 10 days later

I bought an item on the 1 hour auction 10 days ago.
Issued payt to the seller via pppay, its still showing as not acepted in my pppay details. I have emailed him (twice) and no reply.

Any way I can withdraw the payt from pppay ?

Read the PPPay help, it says somewhere that if it is unclaimed you can eventually get it back (is it 30 days, maybe 90?).... Well it's quite a wait anyway.
