Your proably right, and I thought this would be an interesting way to
introduce a Competitive Game. It was also suppose to introduce a
game that will eventually be rewarding.

I've been working on the game for weeks, tweaking out the bugs and
setting up the Rules and Guidelines. Although this game is "offsite"
it is still for any eBid Member only. This game is designed not only
to for players to have competitive FUN, but also a way for Bidders and
Sellers of eBid to Surf the eBid Auctions and Stores..............how?

Simple......Each Game of eBid Scrabble would be sponsored by a eBid
Store Owner. The ebid Store Owner would submit 1 to 10 items that
they would offer for selection by the Winning Game Member. Any
Registered eBid Game Members would review these items and then
request to join the Game to "play-to-win".

There is a minimum number of Players required for each Game to start.
Yes, there is a small fee to enter the Game; however, from these fee's,
the Store Owner gets paid for one of their items, chosen by the Winning
Player (including shipping), The remaing proceeds will go to 1 of 4
Charitable Organizations again to be chosen by the Winning Player. The
Balance of the proceeds is paid to the Game Moderator.

There are restrictions for Players and Store Owners, these are explained
in the Game Rules and Game Guide. STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

For a sneek peek, you may go to the following LINK

http://games.groups.yahoo.com/subscribe/ebidscrabblegame

Go ahead and Register, you will need to be approved by the Game
Moderator. You will then recieve some introductory emails explaining the
Game. I'm still getting the final files, folders and other things put together
before launching.

Sincerely

They are not expected to offer prizes.........Registerred Game Players compete for the possibility of becoming the Game winner......Store Owners
are Registered Game Members who request to Sponsor a particular Game.

It is the "Store Owner" who offers the items...........not the Game Forum Member......

Oh I understand

I can understand wot you are saying and it could be a good idea, but If peeps are having trouble selling in Ebid why would they want to give things away.

GIVE.....nothing said that items are given away...........Store Owners offer
the items that later, one item, will be purchased by the Game Winner and PAID for by the Game Moderator. (the funds from the Game entry fee, paid by the Game players, is used to purchase the item chosen by the Game winner)

You know if you go to the Game group forum and register you wil recieve the game rules and guide to review. There is no obiligation....keep in mind the Game forum is still...as-they-say...under construction!
