OMG THE PAINAfter all I have been through in the last couple of weeks I was knackerd when sis went home, looking forward to getting everything back to order, spent yesterday washing and Ironing (still not on top of it), got my new suite comming today so last night had to get old suite out, Mmmmmmmmm

about 7 o.clock decided to get the 2 seater out into the extention, bent done to pick up one end and that was it.

My hip went, can't sit down, could not lie down, felt really ill so went to bed, got up about 2am and tried to sleep on the floor, still in pain, run a bath and got in it about 4.15am and stayed in there till 6.00am, Pain still there but not as intense, never ever had trouble with my hips so why now, anyone any ideas on cure's,did'nt feel a thing when it happened or felt anything just sheer pain.
