Omg.....we were just talking about 1 ov them.....I just drove to sandwich,bout 20 mins drive,i hadnt a clue coz not been there b4 driving,it was ok,but on the way back i fcked up at the roundabout and ended up on a canterbury road nearly,i had to turn off down a side road and do a turn in the road to put meself back on track :eek: was talikng about them but was wondering if u hgad to looka at screen and would it be a distraction ect???

Lola not well at mo :( Went to ramsgate today and kept hearing funny noises everytime the car turned right :confused: it got worse n worse so drove it 2 a friend and he said theres no way lola can go anywhere cos the drivers shankcraft had broke and it was clonking on the wheel :eek: so gotta be towed to the garage in the morning :(

FANTASTIC "DUNKING" BISCUITS FOR DEBS

Ingredients 1 ounce butter (1/8 cup)

3-1/2 tablespoons honey

2 ounces chestnut flour (1/2 cup)

2-1/2 ounces almonds, roughly ground (5/8 cup) roughly ground almonds*

1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1 dessert spoon boiling water

Instructions 1. Melt the butter with 2 tablespoons of the honey.

2. Mix in the chestnut flour, rough almond flour and the remaining 1-1/2 tablespoons of the honey.

3. In a separate bowl (or cup) mix the baking soda with the boiling water and then stir this into the main biscuit mixture.

4. Place in small heaps on a baking tray and cook at 160 degrees C for 10-15 minutes or until brown. (Sometimes I pat some of the air out of the biscuits after about ten minutes cooking time to make them a bit crunchier.)

5. Makes about 14.

Notes *the texture of the biscuits is better with roughly ground almonds instead of finely ground ones. (note: The cup measurements may not be very accurate as I work in ounces- sorry.)
