Does anyone know IF and HOW i can download / get hold of a

NORMAL RING TONE for my mobile Samsung e600.

Its got loads of tunes on it.
Sounds etc...

I downloaded the programme to go with my data cable.

NOT ONE SINGLE NORMAL, REGULAR RING TONE.

PATHETIC ... An all singing, dancing phone, with tons of STUPID tones i will never use.

All i blinkin' want is a ringer. :rolleyes: ANYONE ?

I know on my D500 can use allsorts of things recorded as ringtones even a voice message.
If you try this forum for mobiles right now there`s 59 peeps reading on Samsung, maybe someone might be helpful on there.

Elaine - I think the answer lies at www.samsungmobile.com (http://www.samsungmobile.com) (again). Register with them and you get free credits which you can redeem as ring tones - and I'm 99% positive that they do have a normal "ring-ring" ring tone.

Elaine - there's a section on Samsungmobile where you can register your handset with them and it credits you 300 "points" to use against downloads (and you get one point whenever you sign in - think it's limited to 1 a day though).

Sign in, click on "ME", choose "My points" and then "How do I earn points" and it shows you what points you can get for doing various things.

To download a ringtone, click "PLAY" then "Ringtones", choose your phone from the drop down list and select a category from the drop down box next to it. You can then search, probably best using title rather than artist. Granted, it's a bit fiddly, but you might find what you're looking for!
