I have always found them to be very quick in responding , but they do have to sleep sometimes :) :) unlike E**Y who use robots and monkeys

I am really pleased with the customer service on Ebid, whenever I have had a problem and emailed customer service, I have had a response, The first time I had a problem I found it very easy to actually find out how to contact ebid, Unlike e*** where you have to go though all these different sections and click on everything, only to get an automated email back, never knowing if a person has actually read the email.
The personnal touch ebid give you makes all the difference.
Keep up the good work, I hope as this site gets massive that these personnel touches do not dissapear.

dont appreciate being lied to about frontpage featured auctions only being on for 24 hours when quite obviously some are on there for days.

You are claiming that we are lying to our customers by telling them that frontpage featured auctions are on the frontpage for 24hrs when in fact you claim they are on there for longer.
Feel free to leave info to back this up here. If there is a bug we are unaware of we will look into it.

The auction in question has a frontpage lifetime of
2005-05-17 18:12:26
until
2005-05-18 18:12:26
Auctions are not always placed on the frontpage the moment they are started.

Most definately fast support. 9.15am this morning i noticed Hard core Porn dvds being advertised on the front page ARGH!!!!!!!!!! "pulls her hair out" about 45 mins later i recieved an email from support stateing the seller had been suspended and items taken off PHEW!!!!!!!!!!. Sorry darling but im ild fashioned porn belongs in the bedroom not on the internet where kids go browsing. Bad enough with all the nasty creatures on the internet as it is. If you get my drift. Thanks eBid.

Ebid's support team is one of the many strengths of eBid and such a pleasant change from elsewhere.
