My bf is having problems with EBID

My bf won an auction on ebid yesterday, well he used buy it now on a dutch auction and the seller sent him an email telling him how to pay etc.

Today he went into his ebid and the auction he used buy it now on is not there. Hes looked all around his closed auctions,but it is not showing up anywhere. He has put the item number in the search box and it is showing up as 1 auction having been brought out of the 3 listed, but does anyone know why its not showing up in his closed auctions or feedback page?

If the auction is still running, he won'[t have the FB option or have it go into his closed auctions until the item ends. Dutch/Multiples on here are like that.
