I just wanna stick a brush down my throat (a la chimney sweep style) and scratch. It's really annoying, and if I cough any more, my eyes will pop out of my head, I'm sure.

Rainbow... have you got any lemons and some honey? Half a lemon sqeezd into a cup... chuck in the rest of the lemon... add honey and hot water... and some vit c if you have any in the house...

I started feeling like poo on boxing day with a throat that felt as tho it was bleedin :( since then it has graduated into a fully blown cold with streaming eyes, running nose and yes that bleedin cough!!!!


Every coupla seconds cough cough cough and I don't smoke....my throat feels cut again :(

i came down with something boxing day, which meant i had to cancel meeting up with my sisters.

it had improved enough by new years to join them, and all i have now is a bit of a mucky nose blowing situation

my poor sister has had a cold since before christmas, she can hardly speak with it and it doesnt seem to be improving yet :(
