I dont think you can cancel a bid cant see the auction as the link takes me to *internal server error*

maybe contact the support team and see what they say.

You could also contact the seller through Q&A like a bidder did to me this week. They had just been dumped by their girlfriend and no longer need the item so sent a question to me through the system.

I shall request a fee refund on those grounds and won't leave bad feedback as it was a genuine reason.
