:cry: seller sends me a refund after i have successfully bid on his item,he said e-bid placed his ad wrong... what is more likely is that (as he said in email to me) he cant let the item go for so low.........help!! he refunded me but i wanted the item...what now?

A succesful bid is leagally binding no matter what anyone puts in their auction description etc, he is in breach of contract, if he wanted a certain price on it he should have put a reserve on.
The best people to speak to are gary or mark think the link is support@ebid.co.uk
But my personal suggestion is to forget this seller and leave appropriate feedback but still let the above know what has gone on and buy from someone else.
