What if spread upload fails

I sent a spreadsheet to spreads@ebid.co.uk about two weeks ago, nothing happened.
Should I receive an email message if something goes wrong? What could have happened?
Also, my rating is "Bronze 0", do I have to improve it before I can sell?

You should write to support@ebid.co.uk if the spreadsheet contents fail to appear ...

However, your problem may be as simple as the fact that you need to be Silver to sell - this is acheived by registering a debit or credit card wth eBid - they deduct £2.50 from your card as a validation fee, but after that normal listings are all free ..

After upgrading to silver, you will also need to download the spreadsheet again as it has recently been updated.
